2 teaspoons dry yeast
1/2 cup warm water
6 cups whole wheat flour
2 teaspoons salt
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons honey
2 1/2 cups warm water
Dissolve dry yeast in warm water. Place whole wheat flour and salt in mixing bowl. Mix together olive oil, honey, and warm water; add to dry ingredients; add yeast mixture. Knead well; let rise; punch down; let rise and mold into loaves. Let rise and bake at 350°F for about 45 minutes.
