French Onion Bread

   1 package onion soup mix
   2 1/2 cups water
   4 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
   2 tablespoons olive oil
   2 tablespoons honey
   1 teaspoon salt
   1/2 cup warm water
   6 cups whole wheat flour
   1 egg white mixed with a little water
   Sesame seeds


Combine onion soup mix and water; simmer 5 minutes. Into a mixing bowl, combine parmesan cheese, olive oil, honey, salt, and warm water. Add soup mixture and whole wheat flour. Mix well; knead; roll out on floured board. Roll up like jelly roll and place on baking sheet. Mix egg white and water and spread on loaf. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Let rise and bake at 375°F for 45 minutes.
