1 cup warm water
1 tablespoon dry yeast
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup olive oil
2/3 cup flour
1 egg
Sesame seeds
Put warm water into mixing bowl. Sprinkle dry yeast and sugar into water; allow to dissolve. Add salt and olive oil. Add flour as needed to make a soft dough. Let rise; punch down; divide and roll 3/8-inch thick. Beat egg and spread on dough. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Cut into strips 3/8" x 4". Let rise and bake at 375°F for 20 minutes.
