3 cups warm water
3 teaspoons honey
2 teaspoons dry yeast
4 tablespoons caraway seeds
1 tablespoon salt
1/2 cup dry milk powder
3 tablespoons olive oil
4 cups rye flour
4 cups whole wheat flour
Mix together warm water and honey. Sprinkle in dry yeast and let stand until dissolved. Add caraway seeds, salt, powdered milk, olive oil, rye flour, and whole wheat flour. Mix well; knead until elastic. Let rise; punch down; let rise. Form into loaves; let rise. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.
