2 cups whole wheat kernels
1 cup triticale
1 cup rye flour
1 cup millet
1 cup barley
1/2 cup dried yellow corn
1/2 cup dried brown rice
1/2 cup warm water
2 packages dry yeast
1/3 cup honey
1/3 cup molasses
2 tablespoons salt
1/4 cup olive oil
5 to 6 cups white flour
Grind wheat kernels, triticale, rye, millet, barley, yellow corn, and brown rice. Put yeast into a mixing bowl and dissolve in water. Add honey, molasses, salt, olive oil. Add enough flour mixture to make a medium to stiff dough. Knead; let rise; punch down. Let rise and mold; let rise and bake at 375°F for 40 to 50 minutes.
