3 cups tuna fish
1 cup mashed potatoes
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 teaspoon ginger
Salt and pepper to taste
2 eggs
Flour
Salt and pepper
Olive oil and butter
Lemon slices
Mix together tuna, potatoes, onion, ginger, salt and pepper to taste. Beat eggs and add. Form into balls and flatten. Dip each into flour seasoned with salt and pepper. Fry mixture in olive oil and butter. Serve with lemon slices.
