4 pieces white fish
1/2 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons water
4 teaspoons lemon juice
1 egg
2 tablespoons water
1/4 cup flour
1/2 cup corn flake crumbs
1/4 cup olive oil
Marinade fish 5 minutes in marinade of soy sauce, water and lemon juice. Meanwhile beat together egg and water. Remove fish from marinade and dip into flour; dip into egg mixture. Roll into corn flake crumbs. Fry fish 3-4 minutes in hot oil until fish flakes easily.
