Baked Fish Fillets

Ingredients

1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
1/4 cup flour
2 teaspoons instant chicken bouillon
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon instant minced onion
1 teaspoon parsley flakes
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 pound fish fillets
3 tablespoons olive oil

Directions:

Combine bread crumbs, flour, bouillon, paprika, onion, parsley, salt, dill weed and garlic powder in plastic bag. Brush fish fillets with olive oil. Place on a greased baking sheet and bake at 400°F for 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
