1 egg, beaten
2 cups canned pink salmon
1 cup medium white sauces
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 cup bread crumbs
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Combine all ingredients and bake at 350°F for 30 minutes. Serve with white sauce with grated carrots or peas.
