1/2 cup dry bread crumbs or cracker crumbs
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon paprika
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup milk
Olive oil
Have fish fillets ready. Combine bread crumbs, salt, paprika, and pepper. Dip fish fillets into milk; then cover with the dry mixture. Fry in olive oil for 8 to 10 minutes just until brown.
