1 medium can chunky tuna
2 cups cooked rice
1 small onion, chopped
1 tablespoon lemon juice
3/4 teaspoon curry powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 eggs, beaten
3/4 cup milk
1 cup corn flake crumbs, divided
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
Drain tuna. Combine with rice, onion, lemon juice, curry powder, salt, pepper, eggs, milk, and 3/4 cup crumbs; mix well; put into buttered baking dish. Mix together 1/4 cup crumbs with butter. Spread on top. Bake at 350°F for about 20 minutes.
