Halibut Steak With Tomato Sauce


Serves: 5

Ingredients

halibut steak
prepared mustard
salt and pepper
1 egg, beaten
bread crumbs
hot tomato sauce
slice of cucumber
sections of lemon

Directions:

Spread halibut steak with mustard sprinkle with salt and pepper. Dip steak into egg then into bread crumbs. Fry in butter to a golden brown. Serve with hot tomato sauce. Garnish with slices of cucumbers and sections of lemon.
