Halibut steak
Prepared mustard
Salt and pepper
1 egg, beaten
Bread crumbs
Hot tomato sauce
Slice of cucumbers
Sections of lemon
Spread halibut steak with mustard; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Dip steak into egg then into bread crumbs. Fry in butter to a golden brown. Serve with hot tomato sauce. Garnish with slices of cucumbers and sections of lemon.
