This recipe is also good with canned tuna fish.
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 tablespoon minced onions
1 1/2 cups salad croutons, crushed
1 (16-ounce) can pink salmon, drained and flaked
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
Creamed peas
Beat eggs slightly; add milk, onion, croutons, and salmon. Mix well and form into patties. Melt butter in a skillet. Cook patties over low heat until browned. Serve with creamed peas.
