2 tablespoons chopped onions
3 tablespoons butter or margarine
3 tablespoons flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
Dash pepper
1 1/4 cups milk
1/2 cup dairy sour cream
1 (6 1/2-ounce) can tuna fish
Parsley
Sauté onion and butter in saucepan until tender. Add flour, salt and pepper; stir. Add milk, all at once; stir until mixture thickens. Add a small portion of mixture to sour cream. Return to saucepan; add tuna fish. Serve over hot baking powder biscuits. Garnish with parsley.
