	Baked Fish with Cheese

Serves: 2

Print this Recipe

   Cracker crumbs
   Frozen fish filet
   1 cup canned stewed tomatoes
   1 tablespoon onions, chopped
   1/4 teaspoon salt
   1/8 teaspoon pepper
   1 tablespoon butter or margarine
   1/2 cup grated Cheddar cheese

Butter a shallow baking dish; sprinkle with cracker crumbs. Lay fish on top of crumbs. Combine tomatoes, onions, salt and pepper; pour over filets; dot with butter. Sprinkle with cheese and bake at 350°F for about 35 minutes.
