Fish Cakes


Serves: 3

Ingredients

3 medium potatoes
2 cups white fish flakes
1/2 cup thin cream
3/4 teaspoon salt
dash pepper
olive oil

Directions:

Peel, boil, and mash potatoes. Add fish flakes, thin cream, salt, and pepper mix well. Shape into small, flat cakes fry in olive oil until brown and crusty on both sides.
