Angel food cake slices
1 (3-ounce) package strawberry jello
1 cup very hot water
1 large can pineapple chunk
2 cans mandarin oranges
1 can pears, diced
4 bananas, sliced
Strawberries or other fruits in season
1 package instant vanilla pudding
Sweetened whipped cream
Fresh, whole strawberries
Line sides and bottom of a large serving dish with angel food cake slices. Dissolve jello gelatin in water and pour over cake. Let chill until set. Drain fruit; mix all fruit together; chill. Put fruits on top of the cake. Mix vanilla pudding according to directions and pour over fruit. Chill and when ready to serve. Top with sweetened whipped cream. Decorate with fresh whole strawberries.
