Boysenberry Crisp

Ingredients

CRUST TOPPING
1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 egg

4 to 5 cups fresh or frozen boysenberries
2 tablespoons flour
1/2 cup unsalted melted butter (1 stick)

Directions:

CRUST TOPPING: Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and egg until crumbly and set aside. Put boysenberries into a large bowl toss with berries with flour until coated. Put berries into baking dish and sprinkle topping over them. Drizzle with melted butter. Bake at 375°F for about 30 minutes. Serve warm.
