1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
1/2 cup white sugar
1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 eggs
2/3 cup canned pumpkins
1/3 cup melted butter or margarine
1/4 cup orange marmalade
2 tablespoons orange juice
Orange marmalade
Combine flour, brown sugar, white sugar, pumpkin pie spice, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt; set aside. In another bowl beat eggs. Add pumpkin, butter, marmalade, and juice. Add to dry ingredients and mix well. Bake at 350°F in greased loaf pan for 40-45 minutes; test with toothpick. Cool and top with orange marmalade.
