Serves: 3 Print this RecipeThese are nice to served with ice cream. 2 egg yolk 1 cup milk 2 tablespoons butter, melted 2 cups flour 3 teaspoons baking powder 1/2 teaspoon salt 6 tablespoons sugar 6 tablespoons cocoa 2 egg whites Beat egg yolks. Add milk and melted butter. Sift flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, and cocoa; add to mixture. Beat egg whites until stiff; fold in. Bake in hot waffle iron.
