Cranberry Muffins

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup butter (1 stick)
2 eggs
2 1/4 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup milk
2 1/2 cups cranberries, chopped
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped

Directions:

Cream sugar and butter together until frothy. Blend in eggs. Combine flour, baking powder, and salt stir in. Gradually add milk mix well. Add cranberries and walnuts stir and pour into muffin tins. Bake at 400°F for about 20 to 25 minutes.
