1 cup flour
3 tablespoons sugar
3 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup cornmeal
1 egg, beaten
1/4 cup oils
1 1/4 cups milk
Sift flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt together. Stir in cornmeal. Beat egg; stir in oil and milk. Combine dry ingredients and liquid; mix quickly. Bake in greased pan at 425°F for 30 minutes.
