Blueberry Muffins

Ingredients

1/2 cup butter or margarine
1 1/2 cups sugar
4 eggs
2 3/4 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/2 cups dairy sour cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup blueberries, drained
1/2 cup chopped nuts

Directions:

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time. Sift together flour, salt, and baking soda. Combine sour cream and vanilla. Add alternately with dry ingredients to butter. Fold in blueberries and nuts. Bake in greased muffin tins at 400°F for 15 minutes.
