Plain Baked Eggs


Serves: 5
Total Calories: 10

Ingredients

egg
1 teaspoon milk
salt and pepper

Directions:

Butter custard cups. Into each cup used, break 1 egg. Add milk to each cup. Season with salt and pepper. Place baking cups in a baking pan and add 1-inch of water. Bake at 350°F until eggs are firm, about 25 minutes.
