3 eggs
2 tablespoons milk
1/2 cup cooked asparagus spears
1/2 cup grated Swiss cheese, divided
1/8 teaspoon garlic salt
1 tablespoon butter
1/4 cup onions, chopped
1/4 cup red bell peppers, chopped

Beat eggs slightly. Add milk, asparagus, 1/4 cup Swiss cheese, and garlic salt; set aside. Melt butter in skillet; add onion and pepper; cook until tender. Pour egg mixture over vegetables; cook on low heat, covered for about 15 minutes or until set. Sprinkle with remaining Swiss cheese. Let stand, covered until cheese is melted.
