Egg And Potato Breakfast Treat

Serves: 4

   4 eggs
   1 can cream of celery soup
   1/4 cup milk
   1 cup Cheddar cheese, grated
   1 cup raw potatoes, peeled and grated.
   2 green onions, chopped fine
   2 slices bacon


Beat eggs slightly. Add soup, cheese, potatoes and onions. Cook bacon until crisp, crumble and add. Bake in buttered baking dish at 350°F for 40 minutes or until set.
