Main Dish Eggs

Ingredients

2 tablespoons butter, melted
1/4 cup grated Cheddar cheese
6 eggs
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
boiled, diced potato
green pepper, diced
onion, chopped
ham, diced
1/4 cup grated Cheddar cheese

Directions:

Butter casserole dish and sprinkle with cheese. Beat eggs, evaporated milk, salt and baking powder pour into casserole. Add (as desired) potatoes, pepper, onion and ham. Top with cheese. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
