Eggs Au Gratin

Serves: 6

   6 eggs
   2 large onions, thinly sliced
   2 tablespoons butter or margarine
   3/4 cup mayonnaise
   1/4 cup milk
   3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
   1 teaspoon prepared mustard
   1/4 teaspoon salt
   1/8 teaspoon pepper


Cook eggs until hard; peel and slice. In skillet, cook onions in butter. Put layers of onions and sliced eggs in baking dish. Mix together mayonnaise, milk, cheese, mustard, salt and pepper; poor over layered mixture. Broil about 3 minutes and serve.
