8 slices bacon
1/2 cup chopped onions
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
8 eggs
1/2 cup milk
2 tablespoons blue cheese, crumbled
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Cook bacon until crisp; crumble and set aside. Sauté onion in butter until tender. Beat eggs slightly; add milk, blue cheese, salt, and pepper. Pour into skillet with onions and cook over low heat until set. Add bacon and serve.
