1 can stewed tomatoes
1 tablespoon chopped onions
1 teaspoon sugar
3 tablespoons butter or margarine
6 eggs
Salt and pepper
2 cups toasted bread crumbs
Heat tomatoes, onion, sugar and butter to boiling; then put in baking dish. Break eggs; slide into tomatoes, do not break yolks. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Top with toasted bread crumbs. Bake at 375°F until eggs are as hard as desired about 10 to 15 minutes.
