4 (3-ounce) packages cream cheese
2/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
2 egg yolk
1/2 cup sour cream
2 teaspoons powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon grated lemon peels
2 egg whites
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup melted butter
Beat together cream cheese, milk, egg yolks, sour cream, powdered sugar, vanilla and lemon peel. Whip eggs until stiff and fold into mixture. Mix together graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and butter; pat into serving dish. Pour cheese mixture into crust and chill.
