Serves: 32 Print this RecipeSmall cup cake liners 32 vanilla wafers, one in each 1 cup orange juice 1/3 cup sugar 1 envelope unflavored gelatin 1 cup cottage cheese Whipped topping Maraschino cherry Put vanilla wafers into small cup cake liners. Heat orange juice to boiling. mix together sugar and gelatin; then dissolve in hot juice. Blend cottage cheese until very smooth, add a little juice if necessary. Add juice and blend well.
