1 cookie pie crust
2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese
3/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons grated orange zest
2 tablespoons grated lemon zest
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 eggs
3 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Prepare cookie dough crust; press on bottom and partway up sides of springform pan. Beat together cream cheese, sugar, orange zest, lemon zest, lemon juice, and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs and beat well. Pour into crust. Mix together sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle on top. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes or until set; chill.
