In a large mixing bowl, blend all ingredients together. Beat at low speed for 30 seconds then 4 minutes on medium speed. Pour into a greased and floured Bundt® pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 55 minutes or until tested done. Let cool for 30 minutes, then turn out onto a serving plate. When cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
