In a large mixing bowl, beat together cream cheese, powdered sugar, milk and peanut butter blend in whipped topping. Divide equally between pie crusts sprinkle with peanuts. Drizzle chocolate syrup over all. Cover and freeze at least 3 hours or longer. Remove from freezer 15 to 20 minutes before serving.
