In a medium mixing bowl, combine 3/4 of cookie crumbs and margarine press into a greased 9" springform pan. In a medium mixing bowl, gradually add crème de menthe to marshmallow creme, mixing until well blended. Fold in cream pour into pan. Sprinkle with remaining crumbs and freeze for 2 to 3 hours.
