In a medium mixing bowl, beat eggs, sugar, flour, baking powder and salt together. In a medium saucepan, heat milk and butter together add egg mixture and vanilla. Pour batter into a greased and floured 13" x 9" baking dish. Bake at 375 degrees for about 30 to 40 minutes or until tested done.
