1 package instant vanilla pudding or french vanilla mix
2 cups milk
1 cup thawed whipped cream
1 pint strawberries, sliced
12 cooled 6" crepes
1. Prepare pudding mix with milk as directed on package, beating only 1 minute.
2. Add Cool Whip and beat 1 minute longer, just until blended.
3. For each dessert, place about 2 tablespoons of the strawberries in center of 1 crepe. Add 1/3 cup filling and fold.
4. Top with remaining berries and additional whipped topping if desired.
