1 package (8-ounce) cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup butter, softened
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon lemon peel
Sauce:
2/3 cup apricot jam
1/3 cup orange juice
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 1/2 teaspoons grated lemons rind

1. Cream filling ingredients to a soft spreading consistency.
2. Combine sauce ingredients and heat gently.
3. Use recipe for dessert crepes and make ahead. (Essential Crepe Recipe Chapter)
4. Spread each crepe with 1 to 2 tablespoons filling, fold in quarters and arrange in a circular pattern in a buttered oven-proof dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Serve with hot sauce
