1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
3 teaspoons black pepper fresh ground
1/4 cup olive oil extra lite
2 tablespoons oregano chopped
1 garlic clove minced fine
2 tablespoons basil fresh, minced
2 teaspoons soy sauce
1/3 cup chablis
Mix all ingredients into the oil. Stir well. Refrigerate for 2 days. Shake well and pour liberally over salad.
