	Creamy Garlic Dressing

Print this Recipe

   1 garlic clove, crushed
   1/4 pound tofu firm, drained
   1/4 cup water
   3 tablespoons lemon juice fresh
   1 tablespoon soy sauce
   1 tablespoon tahini
   1 tablespoon dill weed fresh, chopped
   1 teaspoon maple syrup
   Black pepper fresh, ground

Place all the ingredients together in a food processor or blender. Process until smooth and creamy.
