Betty Greene, Holland, Michigan

   1 (3.4-ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
   _ cups cold milk
   _ cup cold cooked rice
   ___ cup raisins
   Whipped topping
   Maraschino cherries

In a mixing bowl, combine pudding mix and milk; beat for 1-2 minutes until well blended. Stir in rice and raisins. Spoon pudding into individual bowls. Chill. Garnish with whipped topping and a cherry.
