2 cups pumpkins (16-oz can)
1 1/2 cups evaporated milk
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup orange marmalade
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 unbaked pie shell
1 cup whipped cream
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon grated orange peel or candied orange peel
Combine pumpkin, milk, sugar, marmalade, eggs and salt in large bowl. Pour into unbaked pie shell crust. Bake at 425°F for 45 to 55 minutes or until knife comes out clean. Cool; serve with whipped cream, powdered sugar, grated orange peel or candied orange peel.
