12 chocolate sandwich cookies
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 quart mint chocolate chip ice cream
1 cup whipped cream
Thin round chocolate mint patty
Crush sandwich cookies finely. Add butter; mix well. Press into pie plate and freeze for 1 hour. Spread ice cream in pie crust in even layer. Freeze 8 hours. Spoon whipped cream on top when serving. Garnish with chocolate covered mints.
