	Baked Rice Pudding #1

Serves: 6

Print this Recipe

   2 quarts milk
   1/2 cup sugar
   1/2 cup rice
   2 tablespoons butter or margarine
   1/2 teaspoon salt
   1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
   1 teaspoon vanilla

Combine all ingredients. Bake at 325°F for 2-1/2 hours.

NOTE: If raisins are desired, add them after the first hour.
