Place tomatoes between paper towels to absorb some of the moisture. In a medium mixing bowl, sprinkle tomatoes with salt and pepper. In a separate medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, cheeses, chives and basil carefully add tomatoes. Pour mixture into pie crust. Bake, uncovered, at 400 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes.
