Melt margarine in a 13" x 9" baking dish in a 350 degree oven. In a large mixing bowl, combine remaining ingredients. When margarine is melted, remove baking dish from oven. Pour corn mixture directly into baking dish with the margarine combine thoroughly. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
