This is the best Spinach Casserole recipe on the web!!Category: Sides Submitted by Carrie McNamer, Boston MA I like to serve this dish for Sunday dinner...it's always a hit! _ (10-ounce) packages frozen chopped spinach, cooked _ (1-ounce) package dry onion soup mix _ cups sour cream ___ cup shredded Monterey Jack-Colby cheese In a medium mixing bowl, combine spinach, soup mix and sour cream.
