Ingredients

1 cup green pepper , diced
1 cup onion , diced
2 tablespoons butter
3 cups white rice , uncooked
1 (10-ounce) package frozen chopped broccoli
1 (4-ounce) can mushrooms pieces, drained
1 (16-ounce) jar pasteurized process cheese sauce
2 (10 3/4-ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup

Directions:

In a medium skillet, sauté pepper and onion with butter. Combine remaining ingredients and onion mixture in a greased 13" x 9" baking dish. Bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 30 minutes uncover, and bake an additional 30 minutes.
