This Mexican standard is so easy to put together.

    1 (7-ounce) can whole green chiles
   1/2 pound sharp Cheddar cheese
   2 eggs
   1/2 cup all-purpose flour
   1 1/2 cups milk

Slice chiles down the center; arrange in a lightly buttered 13" x 9" baking pan and set aside. Slice cheese to fit inside chiles; place in chiles. Whisk egg, flour and milk together; pour over chiles. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes.
